training
Personal training is our most unique offering. Either solo or in a small group of up to four, Coach Mel or Coach Drea will meet at a time convenient for both coach and child. Each personal training session will consist of drills designed to master ball handling, footwork, shooting, and more. We recommend that sessions, to begin with, have no more than four off-days in between. Athletes should be prepared to take notes (literally) in a notebook of their choosing, for writing down important information that will aid them in perfecting their form and athleticism on the court.
Personal training sessions are for ages 6 and up, no prior basketball experience is necessary, and most important, the sessions will progress at the athlete’s pace. That is, the sessions will move as fast or as moderately as the child allows, and the coach estimates. Hit one of the links below to start your child’s training path.
